Q1.When will I be charged for the merchandise I purchase?
A1.You will be charged when your merchandise is shipped from the warehouse.

Q2.Why is my credit card information saved when I make a purchase.
A2.Your information is securely saved to make it easier for your next purchase.

Q3. Can I delete my credit card information, if I do not want it saved?
A3.  Yes.  Login to your account by selecting "My Account", scroll down and select "Change or delete a credit card.  You will be able to delete your credit card on the next screen.

Q4. Can I change my credit card information?
A4.  Yes.  Login to your account by selecting "My Account", then scroll down and select "Change or delete a credit card.  You will be able to edit your credit card information on the next screen. 

Q5. Can I pay using American Express or Discover?
A5. Yes.  You need to use Paypal when using either of those credit cards by easily selecting Paypal as the payment option.  You will be forwarded to Paypal where you can input the appropriate information.  If you want to create an account on Paypal you can which will make it somewhat easier when placing future orders at any website using Paypal, however it is not necessary to do so.

Q6. Can I pay using a Money Order?
A6. Yes.  A money order may be used to pay for any order placed via postal mail.  You have the option of using the order form from a catalog (or copy) or printing the order form from the website.  Make sure you send the orders to the correct address which is:
